摘    要:粗煤气净化采用氨吸收制冷工艺为低温甲醇洗提供冷量,两级精馏,三级吸收。粗煤气的余热代替蒸汽为精馏系统提供热源。粗煤气热量转移给氨蒸发过程所需的热量,既节省氨蒸发加热用蒸汽量,又节省冷却介质。降低了投资费用和运行费用。

Abstract:Crude coal gas purification uses ammonia absorption refrigerating process to provide cold load for Rectisol, two-stage distillation and three-stage absorption. The surplus heat from crude coal gas provides heat source for distillation system instead of steam. The heat transfer from crude coal gas to ammonia evaporation process can save both the cooling media and steam used for ammonia evaporation, partly satisfying the heat source needed by up-stream and down-stream worksteps. The stability of double-distillation is thus ensured and the investment cost and operating cost are decreased also.
