The Truncated Cauchy Distributiou of the Time for Finishing a Task in Overall Planning |

| Abstract: | Based on the simplest distribution principles, this paper points out that the ideal distribution of the time (X) in overall planning follows the truncated cauchy distribution. It then gives a full explanation of this viewpoint from the concept of construction efficiency. |
