| Abstract: | This paper introduces the method of the servo system modularization design and gives an example of the servo system modularization design which is used in a high accuracy two-axes electro-optics tracking platform. The problems of modular choice, modular exploitation, modular combination and modular debugging etc are studied. And frequency response method is used to design modular arithmetic and identify arithmetic perameters. |
