摘    要:文中介绍了一种伺服系统模块化设计方法.提供了一个在高精度两轴光电跟踪设备中.应用伺服系统模块化设计的实例,研究了模块选择、开发、组合及调试等问题.并采用频率响应法设计控制模块算法和确定算法参数。

Abstract:This paper introduces the method of the servo system modularization design and gives an example of the servo system modularization design which is used in a high accuracy two-axes electro-optics tracking platform. The problems of modular choice, modular exploitation, modular combination and modular debugging etc are studied. And frequency response method is used to design modular arithmetic and identify arithmetic perameters.
