| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着我国国际贸易业务的开展以及港口、船舶等航运条件与国际接轨,对外贸易的持续高速发展也带动了国际航运业务量也迅速攀升.在各种交货条款中,FOB占的比例也越来越大.FOB合同条款的选择有其优点,但是也存在着一定得风险,如何规避这些风险就成了很多企业关注的问题.
