橡胶Mooney-Rivlin模型力学性能常数的确定

摘    要:用非线性有限元分析法和轴向压缩试验确定橡胶材料Mooney—Rivlin模型力学性能常数C1和C2。先由橡胶材料硬度计算出C1与C2之和,再通过非线性有限元分析法模拟不同C2/C1下橡胶材料的压缩应力-应变曲线并与实测曲线比较,与实测曲线重合性最好的模拟曲线的C2/C1即为橡胶材料的实际C2/C1,进而求得C1和C2。

Abstract:The mechanical constants of rubber Mooney Rivlin model C 1 and C 2 were determined with nonlinear FEA and axial compression test.The procedure for determining C 1 and C 2 was as follows:the sum of C 1 and C 2 was calculated from the hardness of rubber material at first;then the compressive stress strain curve of rubber material with different C 2 / C 1 was simulated by non linear FEA and compared to the measured curve; C 2 / C 1,with which the simulated curve was well fitted to the measured one,was the real C 2 / C 1 of rubber material,and thus C 1 and C 2 were further determined from the real C 2 / C 1.
