非晶纳米晶Fe89.5Zr2.7B6.5Ag0.3M1 (M=Zr、Co、Ta、 Ti、Cu、Nb)的结构与性能

摘    要:用单辊外圆液态急冷法制备了Fe89.5Zr2.7B6.5Ag0.3M1(M=Zr、Co、Ta、Ti、Cu、Nb)非晶铸带,然后进行不同方式的晶化处理制备纳米晶合金。研究了非晶纳米晶Fe89.5Zr3.7B6.5Ag0.3的显微组织、相组成与晶化过程。探讨了添加元素M(M=Co、Ta、Ti等)与制备工艺对非晶纳米晶Fe89.5Zr3.7B6.5Ag0.3合金显微组织、晶化过程与性能的影响。结果表明:第二种金属元素M的加入,有利于合金显微组织结构的纳米晶化,提高该合金的饱和磁感应强度Bs和电阻率,增大脆性和耐腐蚀性能;退火 水冷能极大提高Co基合金样品的Bs,并能降低材料的剩磁比;另外对非晶态合金来说,低温长时退火也有利于晶粒细化。

Abstract:The microstructures,crystallization processes,composition of crystalline phase of partially amorphous Fe-base alloys Fe89.5Zr3.7B6.5Ag0.3 were studied.The influence of additional elements M(M=Co,Ta,Ti and so on)and preparation technics on the microstructure,crystallization processes and properties of amorphous alloy Fe89.5Zr3.7B6.5Ag0.3were investigated.The results showed that the additional elements M in Fe89.5Zr3.7B6.5Ag0.3 can promote the nanocrystallization of the alloys,improve saturation magnetic induction intensity Bs and resistance ratio,increase tenacity and corrosion resistance;the annealling followed by water-cooling can improve the Bs of Co-base alloy,and reduce remanence ration;For amorphous alloys,annealling at low temperature for long time contribute to the grain refining.
