小流量高扬程离心旋涡泵气液混输扬程的分析

摘    要:根据一维控制体模型,在合理假设的基础上,应用欧拉公式建立了小流量高扬程离心旋涡泵气液混输扬程的计算方法,将计算扬程与气液混输试验的实际扬程进行了对比分析。结果表明:随着含气量的增大,泵的计算扬程值与试验值总体变化趋势均减小,且两者符合情况较好;含气量越大,气液混输的水力效率越低。该分析为建立较完善的计算气液混输旋涡泵扬程的方法提供了理论基础。

Abstract:Based on one-dimension model and logical hypothetic,the equation to calculate the head of gas-liquid two-phase mixture flow pump is established by Euler's equation.And the head value calculated by the proposed equation is compared with the actual one obtained by the experimental tests.The results show that with the increase of volume of gas,the values of both the calculated head and the experimental one trend to decrease,and accord with each other.Higher volume of gas probably results in lower hydrodynamic efficiency.The theoretical method to calculate the head of gas-liquid two-phase mixture flow vortex pump is primarily founded.
