摘    要:本文对变冷冻水流量对冷水机组性能的影响规律进行了深入研究,首先建立了冷水机组数学模型,并进行变冷冻水流量对机组性能影响仿真,而后得出了其对机组性能影响的变化规律,同时研制出试验样机并进行试验验证。结果表明:采取变冷冻水流量具有很好的节能效果,与定冷冻水流量相比,机组制冷量最大减小不超过4.1%,COP不超过4.2%,而冷冻水泵功耗可减少81%以上。最后针对试验结果与仿真结果存在的差距,分析了产生的原因并提出了节能优化控制策略。

Abstract:In this paper,the influences of variable chilled water flowrate on the performance of water chiller unit were studied.Firstly,the mathematical model of the water chiller unit was established,the unit performance under different chilled water flowrates was simulated,and the curves to illustrate the variation rules were obtained.Secondly,the sample chiller unit had been developed and the validated experiments were carried out.The results indicated that the chiller unit had an excellent performance of energy-saving based on the variable chilled water flowrate strategy.Compared with the unit of constant chilled water flowrate,the maximum decreased degrees of the cooling capacity and COP of the unit were no more than 4.2% and 8%,respectively,while the energy consumption of chilled water pump was reduced more than 81%.Finally,as the difference existed between the results of experiment and simulation,the possible reasons were analyzed and the energy-saving optimum control strategies were provided.
