摘    要:提出一种发散照明中主动修正投影光栅周期的方法。基于Stoilov算法的相位测量轮廓术(PMP)在线三维(3D)测量技术采用发散照明时,参考平面光栅像周期发生变化,会变成不等周期分布,从而降低在线测量精度。针对这一问题提出了一种主动修正投影光栅周期的方法,利用静态PMP分析参考平面截断相位分布,采用迭代算法逐步修正投影光栅的周期,使投影到参考面的光栅像具有良好的等周期性分布;同时避免对系统参数进行测量和计算的繁杂工作。实验验证了该方法的正确性,能有效提高在线3D测量的适应度和测量精度。

Abstract:A new method of actively modifying the periods of projected grating in divergent lighting system is proposed.In the on-line three-dimensional(3D) inspection with phase measuring profilometry(PMP) based on Stoilov algorithm,the divergent lighting system results in the non-constant period of the fringe pattern on the reference plane,which will lower the measurement accuracy.Therefore,a novel method about modifying the periods of the projected grating is proposed,which improves the flexibility and accuracy of ...
