摘    要:进行了LD抽运声光调Q Nd:YAG激光器用于轧辊毛化的研制和毛化实验情况的研究。在毛化点阵密度为4mm×4mm的要求下,用该激光毛化装置对铬基轧辊毛化,实现了2.8kHz的频率条件下,粗糙度在6μm范围内可调,5.6kHz的频率条件下,粗糙度在4.5μm范围内可调的优良毛化性能。实现了粗糙度大范围可调、高效率、长寿命和低运行成本的LD抽运Nd:YAG激光毛化装置的成功研制。
