聚碳酸酯激光透射焊接工艺及性能研究

摘    要:在激光塑料透射焊接理论的基础上,采用半导体激光器焊接聚碳酸酯(PC)塑料薄板,研究了激光焊接热塑性塑料的可行性。设计并确定了激光透射焊接的实验方案,包括激光器和焊接材料的选择。通过微观金相实验分析了焊接因素对焊接质量的影响。通过正交实验法研究了激光功率、焊接速度、炭黑含量对焊接质量的影响。结果表明对于聚碳酸酯材料而言,激光功率是影响焊接质量的首要因素,其次是焊接速度,最后是炭黑含量。
