摘    要:固体激光器中热效应引起的波前畸变影响了高光束质量、高功率的激光输出,限制了它在当代工业加工和科学研究领域的应用发展。以激光波前畸变的产生机理和传导冷却端面抽运板条激光器的优势为切入点,利用哈特曼-夏克(H-S)波前探测器进行一系列的波前畸变测试。通过对静态波前畸变量、输出功率百瓦量级时的波前畸变量和输出功率千瓦量级的波前畸变量等结果进行数据分析,对实验进行反馈,提出改进意见,以期望进一步减少传导冷却端面抽运板条激光放大器的热效应。
