Mass spectral analysis of glucuronides from sympathomimetic hydroxyphenylalkylaminoethanols |

| Abstract: | A mass spectral method is described for the structure determination of glucuronic acid conjugates of hydroxyphenylalkylaminoethanol-type drugs. Trimethylsilylation and application of the GLC-mass spectral technique yield mass spectra with sufficient information for the identification of all structural subunits. |
