高效减水剂对水泥熟料的助磨作用及与水泥熟料相容性问题的探讨

摘    要:研究了不同类型的高效减水剂对水泥熟料的助磨作用,并进一步探讨了不同水泥熟料与高效减水剂之间的相容性问题,结果表明,高效减水剂对水泥熟料具有不同程度的助磨作用,作用的大小与减水剂掺量及熟料自身物料特性有关;高效减水剂与水泥熟料之间存在相容性问题,同一种水泥熟料与不同减水剂,同一种减水剂与不同水泥熟料之间的适应性不同。采用内掺高效减水剂的方法既改善了水泥熟料的易磨性,又增强了减水剂与水泥熟料的相容性,减水效果增加,流动度损失减小。

Abstract:The effect of different superplasticizer on clinker grinding efficiency and its compatibility with clinker were studied.The results show that superplasticizer has effect on clinker grinding in varying degrees,which depend on the amount of superplasti-cizer and the property of clinker.The compatibility of the same clinker with different superplasticizers an d that of the same super-plasticizer with different clinkers are different.By adding the superp lasticizer into cement mill,the grindability of clinker and the compatibility between superpla sticizer and clinker were improved.The water reducing efficiency was im proved and the flowabili-ty loss of cement paste were reduced.
