| Abstract: | We investigate wavelength division scanning for two‐photon excitation fluorescence imaging. Two‐photon imaging using lateral wavelength division scanning is demonstrated. In addition, we theoretically analyse the spatial and temporal properties of a femtosecond laser beam focused by a Fresnel lens and investigate the feasibility of axial scanning using wavelength division. |
