软土地基管桩挤土浮桩与处理方法研究

摘    要:针对某广场10万m2高层建筑在预应力管桩施工中出现大量浮桩的现象,通过对试打桩、工程桩的静载荷试验结果进行对比分析,研究了软土地基中管桩挤土上浮对桩侧阻、端阻和承载力的影响。同时研究了群桩上浮规律和影响因素。通过对浮桩进行注浆和复打两种方法的对比研究表明:在软土地基中处理管桩浮桩应优先采用复打措施。

Abstract:Aimed at the phenomena of floating pile in construction of 100000 m^2 high building with prestressed concrete pipe piles, the influence of floating on shaft resistance, toe resistance and bearing capacity of pile were studied through the analysis of static load tests of engineering piles. The floating rules and influence factors of group pipe piles were studied. Based on the contrast of grouting and redriving between floating pipe piles, the latter should be adopted preferentially in soft soil foundation.
