语音识别报警监控系统的研制

摘    要:针对目前生活小区中普遍存在的因无法报警或报警不及时而产生的安全隐患,提出了一种语音识别报警监控系统,该系统由语音识别模块和数据处理传输模块、电源模块和上位机控制中心四大部分组成。当报警情况发生时,语音识别模块识别到匹配的报警语音类型,通过数据总线通知数据处理传输模块,之后通过数据传输通知上位机控制中心,主控计算机在监控程序的判断指挥下可实现声/光报警通知小区值班人员。根据报警类型,中心值班人员确认采取对应措施进行应对。实验证明,该语音报警系统方便快捷可靠,在一定程度上减少了因安全受到侵犯或一些突发事件而带来的损失,增加了居民的安全感,适于在楼宇智能中推广使用。

Abstract:In this paper a speech-recognition warning inspecting system is put forward in order to solute the hidden trouble caused by nowarning or late-warning widely in living area now. This system is composed of four modules: voice=recognition module, disposal and transmission data module, power module and upper center control module. When a warning is received, the voice=recognition module will recognize the kind of matched warning and informs the disposal and transmission data module by data bus, then the disposed data is transmitted to the upper center control module. The main computer will give a alarm with light or sound warning under the control of inspection software, hereby the watch can affirm and take measures in time. It is proved that the system is very quick, convenient and credible .It can reduce the loss to some degree when safe is violated or unexpected things happens, which makes the resident feel more safe.
