摘    要:文中主要对湍动发生器和喷嘴的湍流场进行了内流场数值模拟.通过引入一些合理的纸浆纤维流动模型假设来建立有效的数学模型,采用数值模拟计算来分析纤维相和液相分布对纸张质量的影响,并将不同初始湍流速度下的模拟结果与国外相关研究结果进行对比.

Abstract:When a new type of paper machine is designed, the hydrodynamic headbox is a pivotal component, which has direct influence on the paper quality and the production efficiency. This paper concentrated upon the numerical simulation of the inner flow field of the turbulent flow generator and the headbox nozzle. A valid mathematic model was established by introducing some reasonable assumptions. The influence of the distribution of fiber phase and liquid phase on the paper quality was analyzed by numerical simulation calculation. The validity of the method was proved through comparing the simulation results of different initial turbulent speeds with the corresponding research results from abroad.
