摘    要:数控机床的X向双边驱动运动过程中存在不同步的可能,在机床的调试过程中,双边同步调试花费的时间最多,一直以来是影响机床产出进度和性能的主要问题,因此对双边驱动不同步现象的研究具有重要意义.针对航空高档数控机床在加工制造过程中的精度不稳定现象进行研究,推导建立了运动直线度与驱动不同步量之间的关系,由此可以定义出满足精度要求的允许不同步量,为机床设计和机床控制提供理论依据,并通过动力学仿真软件ADAMS进行了验证.

Abstract:CNC-tool X bilateral driver may be not synchronous during driving,in the process of debugging,bilateral synchronous debugging spend the most time,led to the main problems affect the progress and performance of the machine output,so the driver is not synchronous bilateral significance of research.Instability phenomenon of accuracy in the manufacturing process is studied against Aviation high-end CNC machine tools.Derived with the straightness of the movement to establish drive relationship between the amount not synchronized,it can be defined to meet the accuracy requirements to allow the amount not synchronized,provide a theoretical basis machine tool design and machine control,and verified through the dynamic simulation software ADAMS.
