摘    要:通过实验室水力模型实验,研究了钢包底吹方式、气体流量对钢液混匀时间、液面排渣面积的影响。实验结果表明,采用双孔底吹方式可使钢液混匀时间缩短,液面排渣面积减少,为在生产中使用合理的钢包底吹方式以及控制气体流量,有效促进夹杂物去除及减少卷渣提供依据。

Abstract:The effects of the bottom blowing modes and gas quantity on mixing time and deslagging area of molten steel are studied through using water model experiments. The results show that the mixing time is shorted and the deslagging area is reduced by using the double-hole bottom blowing mode in ladle,provide the support for using the bottom blowing mode properly and controlling gas-flow rate of ladle as well as efficently reducing the hot metallic inclusions and slag entrapment in production process.
