火烧油层干式燃烧物理模拟研究

摘    要:为了验证辽河油田火烧油层现场试验的可行性,利用室内燃烧管物理模拟技术,对欢127块兴隆台油层原油进行了室内干式燃烧实验。实验分析了产出液性质及产出气体组成,研究了火烧油层温度场分布、注气参数对采收率的影响,提供了数值模拟研究所需的基本参数及控制条件。实验结果表明,欢127块兴隆台油层能够在点火温度340℃下点燃,在一定的注气速度下,能够顺利进行燃烧,室内实验采收率可达83.1%。该研究为下一步现场应用提供了重要的理论依据。

Abstract:Using combustion tube physical modeling in lab, we have tested the Xinglongtai formation of Huan block 127 in liaohe oilfield and researched feasibility of using fire flooding technique in Liaohe oilfield. The experimentation analyzed the properties of the output liquid and the constitutes of the output gas,and researched the influence of in-situ combustion temperature distribution and gas injection parameters, providing basic parameters and control conditions for the research of numerical simulation.The result of the experimentation indicate that the Xinglongtai formation of Huan block 127 can be ignited at the temperature of 340℃ and can burnt at definite gas injection velocity, the recovery efficiency in laboratory can reach to 83.1 per, the experimentation and the research provided theories for the application of this technique in oil-field.
