微波辐射下活性炭固载固体酸催化合成乙酸环己酯

摘    要:报道了利用颗粒状活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸作催化剂,在微波辐射下,快速合成乙酸环己酯。实验结果显示,当微波功率为400W。催化剂用量为0.8g,n(醇):n(酸)=1.5:1,反应时间仅为30min,酯化率为96.7%。另外通过实验发现,微波辐射下,反应速率明显高于常规加热方式。

Abstract:It was reported that the synthesis of cyclohexyl acetate catalyzed by p -toluenesulfonic acid supported on activated carbon under microwave irradiation. The experiment results showed that when powers of microwave irradiation was 400W, amount of catalyst was 1.2 g, molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 1.5:1, reaction time was 30 min , yield of the product was 96.0 %. In addition, it was found that under microwave irradiation, the reaction rate of esterification, yield of the product was higher than that of conventional heating method.
