| 摘 要： | 随着电力电子学的不断发展,电力电子线路的通用仿真研究越来越引起人们的重视。本文提出了把电子线路的通用仿真软件SPECE2改造成电力电子线路通用仿真软件的方法。通过少量的修改,引入功率半导体器件的开关模型,并建立起控制电路的单独仿真模块,便可在软件SPICE2基础上研制出一个初具规模的电力电子线路的通用仿真软件。文中最后还给出了几个实际例子以验证该软件的正确性和可靠性。

| Abstract: | The general purpose simulation research for power electronic circuits becomes more and more valueable as the development of power electronics. In this paper, the method which is used to modify the simulation software SPICE2 to satisfy the general purpose simulation software of power electronic circuits is proposed. With limited modifications and the introduction of power switch models and the setup of control circuit simulation module, the new version of modified SPTCE2 can become a general purpose simulation software of power electronic circuits. At the end of the paper, some examples are presented to verify the accuracy and robustness of the modefied software. |
