顺丁烯二酸二丁酯丙烯酸酯共聚物及其性能

摘    要:以丙烯酸酯与顺丁烯二酸二丁酯为单体 ,二乙烯基苯为交联剂 ,采用悬浮聚合法合成二元共聚高吸油性树脂 ,研究了单体的结构和组成、引发剂用量和交联剂用量对共聚树脂性能的影响 ,并对树脂的吸油速率及对水面浮油的回收性能进行了考察。制得的树脂吸煤油倍率可达 15 .4 g/ g。

Abstract:A super oil absorption resin was synthesized by suspension copolymerization of dibutyl maleate and butyl acrylate with divinylbenzene as crosslinking agent, BPO as initiator and water as disperse phase. The effects of monomers structure and composition, amounts of initiator and crosslinker on the absorption properties of the copolymer were studied, and the oil absorption ratio, oil retention and absorption capacity of floating oil of the resin were detected also. It was found that the oil absorption ratio of the studied resin could reach 15.4 g/g for kerosene.
