| 摘 要： | 分析河南电力消费弹性系数的历史变化，着重研究河南电力消费弹性系数变化的规律及影响其变化的主要因素，并根据河南经济发展、工业结构变化等因素，预测未来五年河南电力消费弹性系数的变化趋势。这对于把握河南省今后一个时期电力消费的特点和趋势，准确预测电力需求乃至指导电力工业的发展，均有较好的参考价值。
