弹性体交联密度测定仪的改进及其应用

摘    要:介绍了一种改进泊交联密度测定仪。该仪器可在小形变范围内通过测定溶胀平衡试样的载荷-形变曲线,进而求出弹性体交联密度,其测试灵敏度和精密度较原仪器有明显提高,可用于复合固体推进剂等各种热固性弹性体交联密度的测定。

Abstract:An improved cross link density measuring apparatus is introduced. The equilibrium compression modulus of a swollen elastomer at very small deformation can be measured by this apparatus. The precision and sensitivity of the improved apparatus are increased obviously. The apparatus is suitable to determine the cross link density of all kinds of thermosetting elastomers including composite solid propellant.
