摘    要:作为直线作动的音圈电机具有直接驱动、快速响应、结构简单等优点。为了充分发挥其性能,基于经济性和高性能考虑,进行了"微控器+功能模拟电路"音圈电机驱动控制硬件系统设计。在设计中,提出综合采用数字电路与模拟电路的设计方案;设计了微控器电路、H全桥驱动桥电路、超精密电流测量电路等;通过电路建模仿真、实验测试和实际应用,验证了驱动板的设计有效性。

Abstract:The voice coil motor has been applied widely as a linear actuator to generate forces with direct drive, fast response time, simple structure, etc.In order to maximize its performance, considering the principle of economy and performance, an architecture based on micro-controller and various analog circuit modules is proposed in the design of the driver.The micro-controller circuit, H full-bridge driving circuit, current measurement circuit, rectifier and filter circuit and various protection circuits are designed.By simulation and experimental results, the validity of the driver is verified successfully.
