烟气脱硫控制系统的设计及应用

摘    要:通过分析烟气脱硫系统工艺流程,根据系统的特点和控制要求,利用Profibus现场总线和工业以太网技术构建了上下两层网络架构体系,设计开发了一种基于PLC软冗余技术的烟气脱硫控制系统。为了取得良好脱硫效果,石灰石浆液pH值的调节过程采用串级加前馈的PID控制方式,有效解决了回路响应滞后、适应性差的问题。实践证明,该系统具有良好的稳定性和实用性,达到节能减排的效果。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the process of flue gas desulfurization system, according to the characteristics and control requirements of the system, in this paper, upper and lower two-layer network system is established using Profibus fieldbus and industrial Ethenet technology, and a flue gas desulfu-rization system based on PLC soft redundancy is designed and developed. For good desulfurization effect, the adjusting process of pH value of limestone slurry adopts the feed-forward cascade PID control meth-od, which effectively solves the problems of lag response and poor adaptation. Practices has proved that this system is stable and available, with good effect of energy saving.
