摘    要:针对热量表耐久性问题,设计了一套基于M-BUS总线的自动检测及质量分析平台。通过对试验过程进行实时监测、数据采集及分析、故障预警及处理,实现了"基本耐久性试验(2400h)"及"4000次冷热冲击试验"的实时控制和耐久性质量分析。为解决耐久性试验周期长导致的诸多弊端,研发了一套热量表非正常点实时在线监测及诊断系统,具有报警、全生命周期检测过程数据记录、原因分析及反馈补偿等功能,实时跟踪、诊断被检表的动态信息。

Abstract:In view of the problem of durability test of heat meters, a platform for automatic detection and quality analysis based on M-BUS is designed.Real-time control and durability quality analysis of "basic durability test (2400 h)" and "4000 hot and cold impact test" are realized by real-time monitoring, data acquisition and analysis, fault warning & treatment of the test processes.In order to solve the problems caused by the long durability test cycle, a set of real-time on-line monitoring and diagnosis system for the heat meter at non-normal points is developed.It has the functions of alarm, full life cycle detection process data record, analysis of causes and feedback compensation to track and diagnose the dynamic information of the meters in real time.
