摘    要:针对蓬莱19-3油田酸化返排液难处理问题展开研究,实验发现,该油田酸化返排液脱水困难,油相含水率偏高,乳化状态稳定。对可能导致返排液乳化稳定的物质进行了分离并鉴定,初步确定该物质主要成分为Fe S。经验证,对除去Fe S后的酸化返排液破乳,油水顺利分离。据此判定,导致蓬莱19-3油田酸化返排液乳化状态稳定且油水分离困难的物质主要为Fe S。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that return acidizing fluids of Penglai 19-3 Oilfield are difficult to be treated,ac-cording to the experimental results,it is found that the return acidizing fluids are characterized by difficult to be dehy-drated,high oil phase water-containing rate,and stable emulsion state. The substance that may lead to the stable emulsion state of return fluids has been separated and identified. It is preliminarily assured that the main component of the substance is FeS. The experience proves that after getting rid of FeS,the return acidizing fluids are demulsified, and the oil is separated from water favorably. The result decides that the substances which lead to the stable emul-sion state of return acidizing fluids in Penglai 19-3 Oilfield and the difficulty of oil-water separation are mainly FeS.
