小型风电系统充放电控制器的设计

摘    要:该设计采用STC89C52单片机作为控制器的核心,为了实现对蓄电池电压的采集和显示,系统硬件电路设计主要包含了单片机控制电路、充放电电路,电压采集和显示电路以及PL2302串口通信电路。通过软件设计使单片机输出PWM控制信号,控制蓄电池充放电。此外,加入了具有隔离作用的光电耦合器驱动电路,在一定程度上实现了对蓄电池的保护,同时减少过充、过放、反接带来的影响。实验调试结果说明该控制器能够达到预期目标,可靠性高。

Abstract:This design uses STC89C52 single chip microcomputer as the core controller, in order to achieve acquisition and display of the battery voltage, hardware circuit design of the system mainly in-cludes the single chip microcomputer control circuit, charge-discharge circuit, voltage acquisition and display circuit and PL2302 serial communication circuit. Through software design, the single-chip mi-crocomputer output PWM control signal to control the battery charge and discharge. Besides, a photoelec-tric coupler drive circuit with isolation function is joined, protecting the battery to a certain extent, mean-while reducing the influence resulted by excessive charge, over discharge and reverse the impact. The ex-perimental results show that the performance of the controller can realize the desired goal and has high re-liability.
