含重金属高浓度乳化液废水的处理工艺

摘    要:针对高浓度的含石油类乳化油及铜、锌等重金属离子的钢丝帘线废水,采用电絮凝—生物接触氧化—混凝沉淀的工艺进行处理。结果表明,电絮凝系统运行时,控制电流在30 A,进水p H在5.0~6.0,停留时间在30 min时处理效果最佳;生物接触氧化池污泥负荷以0.05 kg/(m3·d)为宜;混凝沉淀系统PAC、PAM加药量分别控制在70、4 mg/L时效果最佳。处理后的出水满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)二类污染物三级标准要求。

Abstract:The electro-coagulation-bio-contact oxidation-coagulation sedimentation process has been used for treat-ing the meridian tire steel cord wastewater containing highly concentrated emulsified oil and copper,zinc and other heavy metal ions. The results show that the best effects can be obtained,when the electro-coagulation system is run-ning,the optimal operating parameters are as follows:the controlled current is 30 A,influent pH 5.0-6.0 and HRT 30 min,the suitable sludge loads of bio-contact oxidation pond are about 0.05 kg/(m3 · d),and the dosages of PAC and PAM systems are controlled at 70 mg/L and 4 mg/L,respectively. The treated effluent can meet the 3rd standard requirements of the 2nd kind pollutants specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996).
