摘    要:通过对洗煤现状的分析,阐述了洗煤浮选、压滤系统改造的必要性。采取新增压滤机、刮板机、更换精煤压滤机等措施进行改造,改造后运行效果良好,洗煤水实现闭路循环,减少了环境污染,提高了精煤收得率,降低了生产成本。

Abstract:The article gives an analysis on present situation of coal washing, clarifies the necessity to give a reform on present floatation and pressure filtration system. It gives the detail reforming measures, adding pressure filter, scraper, refined coal pressure filter, as well as the reforming result, with the reforming, the coal washing water is recycled, the pollution cost is reduced, the yield is increased and the production cost is decreased.
