天铁高炉镶砖冷却壁的破损分析及预防措施

天津铁厂5座高炉炉腹、炉腰都采用了镶砖冷却壁,其中1、2、4号高炉冷却壁的破损较为严重。通过对冷却壁破损原因的分析,提出了若干预防破损的措施,如改进冷却壁材质和结构、改进安装方法、改善高炉操作与维护等。

Damage study of brick-lined cooling staves on blast furnace bosh and bellyat Tianjin Iron Plant

The brick-lined cooling staves were adopted on the bosh and belly of five blast furnaces at Tianjin Iron Plant. The application results of staves on No. 3 and No. 5 BFs were better than that on other BFs.Based on the analysis of the damage causes of staves,some preventive measures , such as improving material, structure and installation method of stave,and strengthening the operation and maintenance of BF,were put forward.
