摘    要:简述发动机连杆的材料与加工技术。连杆的材料从优质中碳合金结构钢向中、高碳非调质结构钢发展,相应的连杆热处理技术有调质、锻造余热淬火和锻后控制冷却,连杆大头孔剖分技术由切割发展至涨断裂解技术。

Abstract:Material and process of engine connecting rod are discussed. The material of the connecting rod has developed from quality alloy structural steel with medium carbon level to micro alloying steel with medium carbon or high carbon level. The corresponding heat treatment process includes hardening and tempering, quenching by heat from the forging itself and controlled cooling after forging. The parting process of connecting rod big end bore has developed from cutting to fracture splitting.
