MAP-POSS改性丙烯酸酯/苯乙烯乳胶的合成与表征

摘    要:为改进丙烯酸乳胶涂料的性能,以丙烯酸和丙烯酸丁酯的低聚物为乳化剂,甲基丙烯酰氧丙基笼型倍半硅氧烷(MAP-POSS)为改性剂,制备了丙烯酸酯/苯乙烯共聚乳胶涂料;研究了乳液聚合反应的动力学,用红外光谱(FT-IR),热重分析(TG)等方法进行了结构表征及其性能测试。结果表明MAP-POSS与其他单体发生了共聚反应,该乳液稳定性好,耐水性、耐热性,耐化学性等综合性能得到一定的提高。

Abstract:The title copolymeric latex coatings of acrylate and styrene(St) were prepared by copolymerization in the presence of the poly(butylacrylate/acrylic acid) oligomer as emulsifier,K2S2O8(KPS) as initiator and MAP-POSS as modifier.The reaction kinetics was investigated and the structure and properties of copolymer and latex were characterized by FT-IR,thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and other methods.The results showed that the emulsion had good stability,water resistance,heat resistance and chemical resistanc...
