摘    要:济钢 4#高炉中修集中安装三段 (84块 )铸钢冷却壁后 ,因铸钢冷却壁冷却强度大 ,易造成炉墙结厚 ,通过采用控制合适的水流量及水温差、相应的装料制度、热制度、送风制度及上下调剂的操作制度 ,达到了高炉高效顺行又长寿的目的

Abstract:Three parts (84 pieces) of cast steel cooling staves are installed centrally during the intermediate relining of No.4 BF at Jigang, then the effect of cast steel stave on furnace operation is analyzed. It is pointed out that the cast steel cooling stave's great cooling intensity results in BF wall accretion easily. Through controlling the appropriate water flow and water temperature difference, the related charging system, thermal system, blast system and operation system of top and bottom adjusting, the BF can get high efficiency, smooth operation and long campaign.
