摘    要:对内齿行星轮传动装置──三环减速器的主要传动性能进行了分析和试验研究,提出并解释了高速大功率传动时,润滑油膜挤压所产生的发热是构成功率损耗的主要因素,在试验样机上利用固体润滑方案进行了试验研究,验证了理论分析的结论,并表明:与油池润滑相比,高速传动时采用固体润滑可以获得较高的传动效率。本研究为提高三环减速器传动效率指出了一条可行的途径。

Abstract:An experimental investigation on using solid lubrication is made in a Planetary reducer with internal Planet gears. An idea, which the heating from oil film squeezed is the major part of Power loss in high speed transmission, is put forward and explained. The solid lubrication method is applied to the reducer. The experimental results show that the solid lubrication can get a higher efficiency compared with the oil lubrication. The experimental investigation suggests a way for increasing efficiency of the reducer.
