搅拌薄膜蒸发器的蒸发机理及强化研究进展

摘    要:本文对搅拌薄膜蒸发器的流体力学、传热传质、驱动动力的研究现状进行了评述,指出目前设计基础资料仍欠缺,应加大蒸发机理的研究力度。通过总结强化方法,本文指出应对如何促进刮板前缘的涡旋与液膜的混合与更新作进一步的研究,并应把强化传热的“有源”技术和“无源”技术相结合,才能把辞板搅拌动力更有效地用于强化搅拌薄膜蒸发器的蒸发过程。

Abstract:The studies on the fluid mechanics,heat and mass transfer and power consumption of the agitated thin-film evaporators are reviewed.It should be pointed that the more extensive and intensive study on the evaporation mechanism of the agitated thin-film evaporators is necessary because the basic design data are lack up-to-date.It is suggested that a new method should be applied of combining both the \!active\" method and \!passive\" method used in heat transfer enhancement together,in order to use the power of the rotor blades more effectively for the enhancement of this evaporation process.
