| Abstract: | This article presents the plans for the Punggol Eco-Town and eco-modernisation developed by Singapore's Public Housing Authority, Housing and Development Board's Building Research Institute as a model for the future development of next generation of eco-friendly homes and sustainable new towns in a dense urban environment setting in Singapore. |
