| 摘 要： | 鉴于民生新闻直播中亟待突破的传播瓶颈,阐述电视民生新闻直播现状及基于3G的新闻直播系统的关键技术,介绍3G技术在电视直播中的系统实现原理以及在唐山广播电视台直播50分节目中的应用实践,在3G技术和民生新闻直播之间找到一个结合点,建立3G直播资讯技术平台。

| Abstract: | In view of the livelihood of the people news broadcast in the breakthrough of bottleneck of communication,this paper expounds the present situation of TV news broadcast,and based on the 3G news broadcast system key technology,describes the 3G technology in the television broadcast of the system to achieve the principle as well as in the Tangshan radio and television programs in the application practice of 50 points,in 3G technology and the peoples livelihood news broadcast between find a combination,3G technology will be used to build 3G Yu Minsheng news live broadcast,live information technology platform. |
