基于AMESim的柱塞泵热力学模型及仿真

摘    要:着重分析柱塞泵的工作过程和传热机理,在此基础上建立柱塞泵的热力学模型,并利用AMESim软件平台搭建其仿真模型,最后针对典型液压系统对柱塞泵进行温度仿真计算。仿真结果表明:所建立的AMESim仿真模型能够反映泵的温度特性,为液压系统热力学模型的建立提供了参考。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the working course of the pump and heat transfer mechanism,thermodynamics model of the piston pump was built.The simulation model was established to simulate dynamic temperature based on AMESim.The simulation results show that the model can reflect the pump’s thermal characteristics.It provides some reference for further study.
