| 摘 要： | 用HEBERLEINP2 12网络喷嘴 ,在法国ICBTFTF12E3加弹机上生产不同网络度和牢度的网络丝。探讨了网络张力、压缩空气压力等工艺条件与网络度和牢度的关系 ;优化工艺参数 ,生产的网络丝满足了市场多样化的需求。

| Abstract: | The interlacing jet of HEBERLEIN P212 is used to produce interlacing yarns which have different interlacing degree and intensity.The relation among the interlacing degree,intensity and the process condition such as interlacing tension,compressed-air pressure is inquired.The process parameters is optimized to meet the multi-kind demands of the market. |
