阻燃抗静电复合材料的研究

摘    要:在阻燃树脂中加入导电填料以降低其电阻率,以此为基体制备的复合材料,具有阻燃性和抗静电性。研究了各组份材料及含量对复合材料性能的影响。实验表明,合适的配方即能保持复合材料优良的力学性能,又能使其氧指数大于30,表面电阻率小于10

Abstract:The composite material will have a good flame retardant andantistatic property if flame retardant resin is added in conductive fillers to reduce the resistivity.This paper studies the content of each component's influence on the property of composite material.Experiments indicate that it not only maintains a good mechanic quality ,but makes oxygen index beyond 30 and the resistivity less than 106Ω,which suits the demand of utility.
