摘    要:以仙人掌、黄瓜、菠菜为主要原料,配以甜味剂、酸味剂及其它辅料,研制出口感优良、风味独特、质量稳定、营养丰富且具有保健功能的混浊型复合蔬菜汁饮料,饮料组织状态稳定均一。

Abstract:This paper introduced the of composite vegetable beverage from oputia dillenii haw,cucumber,spinach,whichwere used as the mainraw material,sweet additive and acid additive.The beverage is of a good taste,special flavor,stable quality,good nutrition and healthcare function.Clarified beverage is transparent subsidence frce,homogeneous and stable.
