| Abstract: | This paper introduced the of composite vegetable beverage from oputia dillenii haw,cucumber,spinach,whichwere used as the mainraw material,sweet additive and acid additive.The beverage is of a good taste,special flavor,stable quality,good nutrition and healthcare function.Clarified beverage is transparent subsidence frce,homogeneous and stable. |
