“一牵一”同步张力展放多分裂导线施工技术

对于分裂数少、截面积又不大的导线展放, 几分裂导线就采用“一牵几”或者数个“一牵几”组合的展放方式。此种方法在分裂数多、截面积又大的导线展放时对设备、工机具等提出了更高、更苛刻的要求, 安全性能也差。“一牵一”同步张力展放是一相导线的全部导线采用“一根牵引绳牵引展放一根导线”的方式同步展放, 这种施工工艺由于每根导线的展放相对独立, 可最大限度地顾及施工方便和尽可能多地使用常用工机具, 经济适用。对于八分裂导线采用2 个“四牵四”的组合方式是最佳方案。

Study of "One-Pull-One" Synchronized Tension Stringing Technic

To stringing few bundled and small sized conductors,"one-pull-X" method where X equals the number of bundles,or combination of several "one-pull-X" technic is used.However,stringing of large bundled and large sized conductors poses more stringent requirements to equipments,tools and machinery,as well as has poor security.In fact,the "one-pull-one" synchronized tension stringing equivalents to deploy all the conductors of a phase synchronously using the method that each conductor is pulled by one cable.Because the deployment of every conductor is relatively independent,this technic can facilitate construction greatly and help maximum use of common tools and machinery.To 8-bundle conductor,combination two "four-pull-four",i.e.,two groups of four "one-pull-one",is the optimum solution.
