叶轮高速旋转试验台自动控制系统开发

摘    要:针对原有手动高速旋转试验台自动化改造,开发了试验台自动控制系统.介绍了系统的组成、工作原理、软件设计.在Delphi编程环境下,采用第三方控件SPComm实现工控机与智能测速仪的串口通讯,综合运用多线程和数据库等技术,在监测转速和振动的同时,根据转动惯量不同采用变比例积分系数的转速控制方法.对不同转子试验,系统操作简便、满足各项工程试验要求,现已在实验室投入运行,使用状况良好.

Abstract:For the reformation of the high-speed spin tester, an automatic control system is developed .The constitution; working principle and software are introduced. Based on Delphi, utilizing the third-party component SPComm to develop communication software that is realized serial communication of IPC and speed tester, it uses technologies such as muhithread and database. While the speed and vibration are inspected, variable PI control method is used to regulate the rotor speed according to the different rotary moment. Different types of rotors were tested. As a result, the marked result is received, such as the convenient operation and reaching the project requirement. It has been well used in the laboratory.
