摘    要:介绍了蛇管换热器设计与校核计算的数学模型、算法及开发的相应软件.利用本软件可对三种糟型(圆柱形蝶状底、平底圆柱形、平底正方形)、四种搅拌方式(平板叶轮、六片曲叶涡轮、螺旋浆、锚式)、管内三种流体传热类型(气体无相变、液体无相变、冷凝)、管外为液体无相变的蛇管换热器设计与校核计算.

Abstract:The mathematical model and algorithm of designing and checking a coil heat exchanger in a stirred tank are given, and the relevant software is worked out. By this software, design or check can be performed for a coil heat exchanger with or without baffles, which involve three types of tank (cylindric tank with dish bottom, cylindric tank with flat bottom, square tank with flat bottom), four types of agitator (flat-bladed turbine, six curve-bladed turbing impeller, anchorlike impeller), three types of heat transfer in tubeside (no gas change in phase, no liquid change in phase and condensation), and no liquid change in phase outside tubes.
