高空速裂解汽油二段加氢催化剂的研究

摘    要:选择氧化铝干胶粉,经过挤条成型制得了三叶草型载体。采用一步饱和喷淋法制备出了重复性较好的高空速裂解汽油加氢催化剂。经过10mL和100mL的评价,从单烯、双烯和硫来看,加氢活性好于国内参比催化剂。并通过了1500h的活性稳定性试验,具备工业放大水平。

Abstract:Alumina dry colloidal powder is selected to squeeze into strip-shape to obtain clover type earner. Hydrogenation catalyst forhigh speed velocity cracking gasoline with better repeatability is prepared by using one-step saturation spray process. Through evaluationwith 10ml and l00ml and judged by monoene, diene and suffer, the hydrogenation activity is better than the referenced catalyst in ChinaIt passed the activity stability test for 1500 hours and can be amplified into commmercial level.
