高温石墨化提纯晶质(鳞片)石墨

摘    要:以晶质(鳞片)石墨为原料,采用石墨化高温提纯原理,研究不同纯度的坩埚、晶质石墨及石墨化温度等条件对提纯效果的影响。结果证明:用高温石墨化法提纯晶质石墨,可使石墨的含碳量达到99.99%以上。

Abstract:The scaly graphite was purified using high temperature graphitization method.The scaly graphite was put into crucibles made of graphite with varying purity and was heated at different temperatures.The effects of the purity of the starting scaly graphite and the crucibles used as well as the heat treatment temperature were studied.The results show that after the high temperature graphitization treatment,the carbon content in the scaly graphite is increased to 99.99%.
